OUR STORY

Evergreen Labs builds the circular economy.

Founded in 2016. Operating across Southeast Asia and beyond.

We create, operate, and scale practical circular systems that prove circularity can work for people, businesses, and the planet. Our work began with venture-building and has grown into an integrated practice of ventures, programmes, research, services, and partnerships.

We believe the transition to a circular economy is achievable within our lifetimes. Many of the solutions already exist — but too few are implemented in ways that are practical, scalable, locally rooted, and accessible to those who need them most.

MISSION

Close the gap between circular economy ambition and real-world execution.

We build and operate circular systems ourselves — then turn that experience into ventures, programmes, evidence, services, and partnerships that help practical, accessible solutions scale.

VISION

A future where circular solutions are everyday systems that work for people, businesses, and the planet.

Where materials never become waste. Communities own their solutions. Business success and environmental health grow together. Circular economy isn't a premium choice—it's simply how things work.

WHAT DRIVES US

Four Beliefs

Four principles that guide every venture we build, every partnership we form, and every solution we create.

Action Over Analysis

We don't recommend solutions we haven't tested ourselves. Every insight we share, every partnership we form is grounded in running actual operations.

Systems that Work for Everyone

We build ventures that generate revenue while empowering communities. Triple bottom line isn't a goal — it's a design requirement.

Built Here, Not Borrowed From Elsewhere

We develop new ventures from scratch. And when proven solutions exist elsewhere, we provide market entry support to make them locally viable.

Collaboration Creates Change

We bring together the actors needed for real change — connecting informal collectors to corporate supply chains, linking university research to commercial markets.

HOW IT ALL CONNECTS

Four pathways. One integrated practice.

Our ventures, research, services, and partnerships aren't separate activities - they're a connected system. Each one feeds the others. Ventures generate real-world proof. That proof becomes knowledge that partners can act on. Partnerships and services take that knowledge into new markets and sectors. And what we learn in the field shapes the next generation of ventures.

We build through four connected pathways.

Operational Proof

Real world implementation & results

Scale Pathway

Bringing solutions to more people & places

Ventures & Programs

What we've built and what we're building.

Partnerships

Four pathways. One clear entry point.

Services & Solutions

Proven services backed by a decade of operational proof.

Knowledge

Research that comes from doing, not observing.

Evidence Generation

Turning insights into actionable knowledge

Implementation at scale

Practical system that create lasting impact

WHERE WE WORK

Rooted in Southeast Asia. Working across the world.

Vietnam
Home base since 2016 and the birthplace of our core ventures.

ReForm Plastic, Glassia, HealthyFarm. Where we tested, failed, iterated, and proved that circular economy systems can work in Southeast Asian markets. Our deepest operations and most established infrastructure.

Philippines
Where inclusive infrastructure is redefining compliance.

Circular economy infrastructure, policy frameworks, and community programmes. EPR systems, inclusive supply chains, community waste programmes backed by a decade of on-the-ground experience.

Regional & Beyond
Proving Southeast Asian solutions can scale globally.

ReForm Plastic franchisees operate across 11 countries. Our research informs policy across the region. What we build in Southeast Asia is designed from the start to travel.
